What we have here are unusual and rare original single London transport routemaster bus panel / slips that would have been pasted onto a timber board and displayed in the front of the bus window to the left side of the driver on Routemaster's London buses.
 
These were used to show potential passengers that the bus was also earmarked for a specific destination, event or location.
They date from the 1970's.
